This case explores our work in AI production through Monna — an AI-generated Instagram model and the face of our brand.
We created her as a way to test how AI can be used for content creation and advertising. Instead of relying on traditional production, we developed a character that could exist and evolve entirely within digital space.
We released a series of content with her, experimenting with different styles, formats, and visual directions. As AI tools progressed, the content evolved as well — moving from simple visuals to more cinematic and detailed outputs.
Over time, this process became more than experimentation. It shaped our approach to AI content and led to the development of AI persona and content production as a service.
